Billions (literally) of bullets have been stockpiled. 7,000 Select-fire "Personal Defense Weapons" purchased. Predator drones capable of identifying whether a citizen is armed. 2,700+ 'Mine Resistant Armor Protected" assault vehicles. And a leader with an arrogant indifference for the United States Constitution managing an army of trained enforcers, all of this at her command.
